Dear members of the European Parking Association,

wishing you all a very good start in the year 2022 which we all hope will let us enter a new and easier phase of the pandemic with more opportunities for personal exchange, travel and face to face meetings.

Together with the Belgian Parking Association we are confident that the late summer is an excellent time for getting together in person again. Therefore, we are happy to reconfirm to all our EPA members that we are preparing for the 20^th EPA Congress and Exhibition to take place in the Square in the centre of Brussels from Sept 12-14, 2022. We are putting all our efforts into making this anniversary congress a firework of inspiration and exchange for all parking professionals from Europe and beyond.

• Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities

Many companies have already decided to sponsor the event and be present in the exhibition and we are grateful for the support in these special times. The www.epacongress.eu website provides a floorplan of the exhibition area.  If you or your members are interested in exhibiting, please check out the packages in the exhibition and sponsorship brochure. The early bird deadline for sponsorship opportunities has been extended and provides attractive rates until 25^th of March 2021.

• Congress programme and EPA Awards ceremony

The congress programme is prepared by an interdisciplinary Scientific and Technical Committee and address all the relevant questions regarding the dynamic transformational process from vehicle parking management services to multi-modal hub management activities. The EPA Awards Ceremony will be part of the programme which provides an excellent overview of state-of-the-art projects and solutions. The EPA General Meeting will take place after the congress programme in the afternoon of September 14, 2022.

• Delegate Registration- programme and social networking events

The delegate registration is now open and provides very attractive early bird rates for congress delegates up until the 25^th of March. The Congress delegates will also have access to the evening events which provide excellent networking opportunities in two very special locations- the historic City Hall at Brussels world heritage Grand Place for the welcome reception and a very special Gala Dinner location in a car park with an outstanding atmosphere. Please note that since both events have a limited number of participants, and the delegates access is provided on a first come first served basis that it is advisable to book tickets early to secure a place.

• Hotels and Logistics

All event locations and hotels are in walking distance to each other in the very centre of Brussels. Attractive room rates for delegates have been secured and can be booked before August 2022 on the congress website.
